RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

**All returns are at the discretion of Adamantium and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly help you with your exchange of the item and/or return the item. All returns and/or exchanges will require a Return Authorization Number (RMA #). Returns and/or exchanges will only be accepted for unwashed, unworn items along with all original tags and packaging within 30 days of the original shipping date. All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of ADMT. Any item(s) returned that do not meet the previously mentioned criteria, will not be eligible for return and/or exchange (i.e., Rips, tears, stains, smell of laundry detergent, deodorant, smoke, items covered in animal hair, etc). Please send us an email with your contact information (same as used to order) if you are interested in returning an order.

All accessories and/or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

After an item has shipped, all shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Returns are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive notice of your return. Expect to receive an email confirmation at the time your refund is being issued. All returns and/or exchanges will be at the discretion of Adamantium All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

For all returns and exchanges, we recommend shipping with insurance coverage and transit tracking. Adamantium is not responsible for any missing or damaged packages or packages lost during transit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges including shipping charges associated with exchanges.

Refused and/or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs. Return shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method used for the order. Refused and/or undeliverable packages are determined as fees and if returned to Adamantium, the customer is responsible for all fees imposed. Fees will be due prior to the reshipping of your order OR the cost will be deducted from any refund that is due back to the customer.

Returns and Exchanges are only accepted for purchases made directly from Adamantium. We do not accept returns or exchanges from third parties.
